We recently stayed at a beautiful apartment in Costa Adeje and had a fantastic experience. the owner was incredibly welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed upon arrival. the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had a cozy, home-like atmosphere. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee maker and beach towels. We especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace, which was the perfect spot for breakfast or just relaxing with a cup of coffee. the location was great, with a supermarket just a short walk away and the beach within walking distance. Plus, the apartment offered a garage space for our car, which made parking convenient. we had a stress-free and enjoyable family holiday at Apartamento Avitan. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊.

it was perfect in general: spacious room, good location just next door to a large grocery shop. had early check in. we had a really nice stay there and would recomand to others.

Although the hotel is situated down a hill, it provides an opportunity for some exercise and offers stunning views. the spacious rooms and well-equipped bathrooms ensure a comfortable stay.

The host's attitude towards check-in and the lack of hot water in the shower were disappointing aspects of the hotel.

The apartment was absolutely amazing! It felt like a home away from home with its fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop. The air conditioning kept me cool in the Tenerife heat, and having a TV and washing machine was so convenient. I loved the private entrance and electric kettle in my apartment too.

Personally, I didn't find much use for the dishwasher in the apartment.

Despite being located on a hill, the apartment is still within walking distance of the beach and offers a peaceful and quiet environment for a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the option to rent a parking space in the garage, as it made parking convenient. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

One specific drawback we encountered was the lack of hot water in the shower, although the kitchen sink and bathroom basin had hot water. While not a major issue, it was a bit inconvenient.

The location of the place is great, with shops, taxis, and rental vehicles/scooters nearby. The apartment is clean, with new technologies in all utilities. The rooms are spacious and the living room is nice. The pool is large and offers incredible views. I highly recommend this place.- 29 words
